LAIC+OCLC is NOW accepting applications for the 2026 program year (2/1/26–1/31/27) through 12/19/25.
Since 2015, LAIC has helped 115 solo lawyers in Southern California keep their overhead low with subsidized practice tools and office space; generate cash flow; build confidence and competence with peer and mentor support; and develop a strong professional network while giving back to the community by providing access to legal services and justice.
Applications for the 2026 program year are open now through December 19, 2025, with short remote interviews to follow.
The program year officially kicks off Feb. 1, 2026 with a startup boot camp, and the program year ends Jan. 31, 2027.
To apply, submit an application [available for download here] along with a resume, a 2 page statement describing your vision for your practice and commitment to public interest and a short business plan.
